Our History 

In 1939, Carlyle Baker opened the first Certified Gasoline Station in Piqua, Ohio. The station sold gasoline and offered limited automobile repair to the motoring public. The three-generation family business was acquired in the spring of 2019 by EG Group, adding the locations to its portfolio of convenience store brands as part of its US operations.

EG America is owned by EG Group, a UK-based fuel station and convenience store retailer, with locations across the UK, Europe, Australia, and the U.S.
