I didn’t have to register my card before, why do I have to give you information now?
We’re requiring registration of our Rewards for you accounts so that we can give you more personal and valuable offers. Without that information, we won’t be able to give you the same value that we can deliver with it. The more accurate your information is, the more accurate our personalized discounts and offers will be.
I forgot my password and can’t login to my account. What can I do?
When attempting to login to your account from the mobile app, kiosk, or website there will be a button for “Forgot Password?” Click that and an automated email will be sent to your email address, guiding you through resetting your password and getting back into your account.
How do I get a physical Rewards for you card?
Although a physical card is not needed to participate in the program, you can visit one of our stations to get a membership card. It is required that you register this card if you do not have an account. If you already have an account, you will need to link your new physical card to your pre-existing account.
How do I link my physical membership card to my pre-existing account?
1) Open the Certified Rewards for you mobile app.
2) Click on the menu button in the top left corner.
3) Click on “Settings”.
4) Click on “Rewards Account”.
5) Click on “Certified Oil Rewards Card”.
6) Type in the full number found on the back of the new physical card.
7) Click “Link Card” in the top right corner
8) Your new physical card is now linked to your previously created rewards account!
Can I link more than 1 Rewards for you card to my account?
Unfortunately, you are unable to link more than 1 card to an account at a time.
When can I start earning points on my card?
You can start earning points with your next purchase after registration! Earn 10 points for every gallon of fuel purchased and 20 points for every $1.00 spent on merchandise in our stations.
Can I earn points on each and every purchase?
You can earn 10 points for every gallon of fuel purchased and 20 points for every $1.00 purchased in our stores. Unfortunately, points cannot be earned on alcohol, tobacco (traditional, smokeless, electronic), or lottery purchases. There will be occasional offers available for tobacco products to our customers of legal age to purchase, but points cannot be earned for these purchases.
Do my points expire?
As long as you’re regularly using your card, your points will not expire. If a period of 12 consecutive months of inactivity has occurred, any remaining points balance will be removed from your card.
How can I check my club status and point balance?
You can check your club status and point balance 1 of 2 ways. You can download the Certified Rewards for you app from your phone’s app store and sign in or, if your local station has a kiosk, you can visit the kiosk and sign in.
My phone number doesn’t work, but my card and key fob does – what do I do?
Ask a station attendant to send your information in to the Store Support Center or fill out the survey on the right side of this page for further support. There may be an issue with your phone number being connected to multiple accounts.How do I update my information (i.e. Account preferences, contact info, locations, etc.)?
You can update your information in the settings of your account. Access the settings of your account 1 of 3 ways. You can download the Certified Rewards for you
app from the app store and sign in, visit us online at www.certifiedoil.com/rewards/
and sign in, or, if your local station has a kiosk, you can visit the kiosk and sign in.
