When is the last day I can use my account?
The last day to use any points or earned rewards is on Tuesday, November 30th.
 
Is there another loyalty program I can use at Certified Oil stores?
Yes! You may join SmartPay Rewards and save 10¢ per gallon, every day, earn rewards and more. Download the app or visit https://www.smartpayrewards.com/index.html for more details.
 
How do I know how many points or earned rewards I have?
You may view any points or earned rewards in the mobile app or, if your local station has a kiosk, you can visit the kiosk and sign in.
 
What happens to my points or earned rewards if I don’t use them before November 30th?
Any unused points or rewards at the end of day on November 30th will expire. We encourage all members to use their points and earned rewards before this time.
 
I forgot my password and can’t login to my account. What can I do?
When attempting to login to your account from the mobile app, kiosk, or website there will be a button for “Forgot Password?” Click that and an automated email will be sent to your email address, guiding you through resetting your password and getting back into your account.
 
How do I download the app for my phone?
You can download the mobile app from your phone's app store. The mobile app is available for on both the Apple App Store and the Android Google Play Store.
 
How do I link my physical membership card to my pre-existing account?
1) Open the Certified Rewards for you mobile app.
2) Click on the menu button in the top left corner.
3) Click on “Settings”.
4) Click on “Rewards Account”.
5) Click on “Certified Oil Rewards Card”.
6) Type in the full number found on the back of the new physical card.
7) Click “Link Card” in the top right corner
8) Your new physical card is now linked to your previously created rewards account!
